Mediation When Possible, Litigation When Necessary. we Serve Parents Throughout Orange, San Diego, & Los Angeles Counties.
Family law cases can be resolved through a number of different methods. Writer Law Group, PC, will always communicate with you throughout the life of your case, advising you on all your options and letting you know which method we believe will be best for your specific situation.
If you are in a contentious dispute where you believe you will have to fight to get the resolution you desire, we will provide you with aggressive and effective litigation in court. While it is preferable to avoid litigation when possible, we do not shy away from it when a more assertive approach is necessary. We will represent you and advise you throughout the litigation process, and while we cannot guarantee an outcome, we can guarantee you will be extremely pleased with our service and level of dedication to your case.
Mediation involves a more tactful and cooperative approach to resolving your family law dispute. During mediation we will guide the conversation and gently help you and your spouse to work together to resolve issues such as division of assets in a divorce, setting up a parenting plan, and modifying an existing Judgement. We provide mediation services for our clients whenever this form of dispute resolution has the best chance to provide a client with a favorable outcome. Now all cases are suitable for mediation; after almost twenty years of working with clients going through a divorce, we know which cases would benefit from the mediation process and which cases should be litigated.
Regardless of how we approach your family law case, whether through litigation or mediation, you can rest assured you will receive excellent service and constant communication from us so that you are always in the loop and prepared for whatever happens. Give us a call to learn more.
